Calcutta Mercy School of Nursing Overview
Calcutta Mercy Ministries School of Nursing (also known as The Assembly of God School of Nursing) was started on March 14, 1979 under the West Bengal Nursing Council. The school is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and thoroughly prepares women for careers in healthcare. Nurses graduating from this program are highly sought after by both public and private hospitals due to the high quality of education received. Since its inception, 390 students have graduated and are working as registered nurses in India and abroad. Many of these women would not have a career if they had not had the opportunity to attend the Calcutta Mercy School of Nursing.
