Accommodations & Charges

Mercy Hospital provides five-bed wards, double rooms, or private rooms, depending on patient preference.  A modern medical-surgical unit provides state-of-the art rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, phone, and internet access.  There are three air-conditioned intensive care units with high technology monitoring devices.

We invoke a transparent charge schedule designed to establish a superior, yet affordable, experience. The expenses include a bed charge, food, and nursing care.  The doctor's visit is billed separately.  Mercy Hospital asks for an initial payment equal to 10 days of bed charges and the operation cost for in-patients due for elective surgery at the time of admission. The advanced payment is adjusted in the final bill.

• Superior Ward (three or four beds in a room) Rs. 850/- per day
• A.C. Semi Private Ward (two beds) Rs. 1,250/- per day
• Premium Ward (single bed) Rs. 1,500/- per day
• N.I.C.U. Rs. 1,500/- per day
• N.I.C.U Step down Rs. 1,250/- per day
• I.T.U. Rs. 2,500/- per day
• I.C.C.U. Rs. 2,500/- per day
• I.C.C.U Step down I Rs. 1,950/- per day
• I.C.C.U. Step down II Rs. 1,250/- per day
• Deluxe Room (single bed) Rs. 3,500/- per day
• Executive Room (single bed) Rs. 3,000/- per day

Billing Procedure
All payments are to be made at the Cash Counter only.
