Leadership Training by John Maxwell

L.E.A.D. Institute and John Maxwell’s EQUIP organization are working together to provide Mercy Hospital employees and volunteers with a dynamic leadership training course.

EQUIP specializes in the development of effective international leaders and is dedicated to developing servant leaders who shoulder responsibility, meet challenges with courage and creativity, and never relinquish their God-given dreams.  They hold the belief that every person is born with the potential to influence others, whether a leader in church, government, education or business.  Mercy Hospital staff will excel in the new skills and knowledge gained through EQUIP’s workshops to improve their work and program initiatives while serving the poor of Calcutta.
