Charity Centre Overview

Free Medical Treatment:  Since its inception, Mercy Hospital has been committed to serving the poor and underprivileged.  Every year 40% of its healthcare services are provided free of charge.  The Charity Centre is dedicated to continuing this effort by providing children with cleft lips or palates, thalassemia, or leukemia with free medical care.  Last year Smile Train agreed to sponsor 1,000 cleft palate surgeries at Mercy Hospital.
