Offering a variety of human resource certification programs, L.E.A.D. Institute functions to enhance the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the professionals and volunteers working with Mercy Hospital in an effort to advance their careers and provide greater opportunities for service. Through a comprehensive training program software, L.E.A.D will provide both online orientation and educational classes to the volunteers and employees of Mercy Hospital. Leadership Training by John Maxwell
